Two Sisters; Jocularity stories No.1
There were these two nuns. One was known as Sister Mathematica(SM) and the other as Sister Logica(SL). It was getting dark, and they were still far away from the convent.
SM: Have you noticed a man following us for the past thirty-eight minutes and thirty seconds? I wonder what he wants.
SL: It’s logical. He wants to rape us.
SM: Oh, no! At this rate he will reach us in 15 minutes at most....

Minutes after last night’s devastating earthquake in Haiti, Twitter and other social networking sites were abuzz with witness accounts, photographs and appeals for help.
Wyclef Jean, the Haitian-born musician and record producer – who used much of the wealth generated by the...

A recent visit to Twitter’s worldwide trending list would have shown a woman named Senhora Aparecida listed below the name David Arquette and the word midterm. That the patron saint of Brazil on the eve of her national feast day ranked near the latest American celebrity breakup (Arquette and Courteney Cox) and the prevailing...

Twitter a hit in Japan as millions 'mumble' online
http://www.japantoday.com/category/lifestyle/view/twitter-a-hit-in-japan-as-millions-mumble-online
TOKYO —
Twitter is a hit in Japan, succeeding where other social networking imports like Facebook have foundered as millions “mumble”—the translation of tweet—and give mini-blogging a distinctly Japanese flavor. The arrival of the Japanese language Twitter service in 2008 tapped into a greater...

I.WANT.iPod touch.SO.BAD.
I’m craving for a smart phone so bad but, at the same time, I don’t want to spend my time on LCD monitor. Also, I don’t want to get iPhone because their troublesomeness makes me feel as if Steve Jobs and Softbank, the newest one of the major mobile providers, are having us as guinea pigs to improve his work. Whilst Docomo, the one I’m with, have got some trust worthy smart...

0 was made in India.
Indian culture and religion has interested me since the English explanations at famous temples in Nara caught my eyes. A book brought me something that I had learned in primary Education; 0 was made in India. It’s written by the Japanese comical manga pioneer, Fujio Akatsuka: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fujio_Akatsuka and pretty plain enough to let kids read and enjoy reading.
